CURRICULUM VITAE

Mr. Fekkas has studied at the Université du Droit et de la Santé Lille II in France, where he obtained a degree in Maîtrise d’Administration Economiques et Sociale, as well as a postgraduate degree in International Financial Analysis (DESS Analyste Financier International) from the École Supérieure des Affaires, Lille II.
Since 1998, he has developed an extensive professional career in the Greek capital market, holding significant positions such as Head of internal Audit, Head of Regulatory Compliance, Head of Anti-Money Laundering, Head of Risk Management, and, more recently, as Head of Portfolio Management.
Additionally, he holds a suitability certificate for Preparation of Analysis on Financial Instruments or Issuers (certificate Δ, delta) from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and a certification as a derivatives market trader from the Athens Stock Exchange.
